Emmerdale’s beloved dog Princess is cruelly lured into a car tonight (June 10) amid a heatwave.
Ahead of her camping trip with Charles Anderson (Kevin Mathurin), Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) securely ties Princess to a rail.
The sun is shining high in the sky and beaming down on the village, so she takes care to ensure the dog is in the shade.
Andrea, however, soon becomes distracted with Millie, which results in Princess momentarily being left on her own.
A mystery resident takes advantage of the opportunity, appearing from out of nowhere. They use Princess’ favourite toy to lure her into the parked car nearby.
After doing so, the assailant slams the door shut!
The sun beams down on the poor dog, who is trapped in the boiling heat!
But just who commits this barbaric act? And does Princess die?
Who traps Princess the dog in the car in Emmerdale?
The identity of the resident responsible for trapping Princess in the car remains unknown.
Gabby Thomas (Rosie Betham), however, is a likely suspect, after the dog soiled her handbag last night!
‘Oh my god what is that disgusting smell?,’ exclaimed Gabby, horrified by the stench.
Andrea, knowing full well Princess was to blame, revealed that the dog had an upset tummy, but matters became somewhat more upsetting when Gabby set her sights on her expensive handbag, as Princess had left her a little present.
No way!,’ said Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) with a big smile on his face, ‘she’s actually planted one on there!’
Gabby was horrified, branding the dog’s actions ‘revolting.’
Andrea, much like Noah, struggled to resist laughter.
In tonight’s edition of the ITV soap, Gabby implies that Princess is on borrowed time.
Did Gabby trap Princess in the car? That remains to be seen.
Does Princess the dog die in Emmerdale?
It is currently unknown as to whether or not Princess will live or die following her ordeal.
Will disaster be averted? Will someone find her in time?
Here’s hoping Andrea comes to her senses and realises what’s happened before it’s too late.
Emmerdale continues Thursday June 10 at 7pm on ITV.
