Liv Flaherty’s been met with a great many challenges for one so young during her time on Emmerdale.
Not only is the considered the first asexual character on the soap, but she’s also seen the inside of prison and battled alcoholism in the past.
More recently, Liv’s been helping Jacob (Joe-Warren Plant) in the aftermath of his abuse at the hands of the devious Maya (Louise Clein) and she discovered that her dead friend Gerry Roberts (Shaun Thomas) had been secretly growing weed, and has made a pact with Doug (Duncan Preston) to keep it a secret.

Who plays Liv in Emmerdale?
Liv is played by actress Isobel Steele who was born in the year 2000.
Before her time on Emmerdale, she had appeared advertisements for the likes of Iceland and Harveys Furniture.
The 18-year-old also appeared in individual episodes of the BBC children’s drama The Dumping Ground and the mini-series Our Zoo.
Isobel also has a YouTube channel which she periodically updates with videos of her covering songs as well as vlogs and travel videos.
To date, she’s been nominated for Best Young Actor at the The British Soap Awards in 2016 and 2017, and has won the prize 2018
She also won an award by the same name at the Inside Soap Awards that same year.
