Olivia Attwood says shell be a ‘drowned rat’ in bikini during Im A Celeb shower scenes

After being confirmed for this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, Olivia Attwood has admitted she doesn’t think she’ll look particularly good in the jungle shower.

The hit ITV show is finally returning to the Aussie jungle – which means the infamous waterfall shower is back.

And despite the fact she spent weeks in the Love Island villa looking stunning in bikinis, 31 year old Olivia has joked she’ll look like “a drowned rat” in the jungle.

“I definitely will be packing a bikini,” she said. “But I will look like a drowned rat in the shower.”

Referencing Myleene Klass’s white bikini moment from the 2006 series, Olivia added: “I don’t know if I can live up to Myleene’s iconic shower moment!”

Olivia will be making her I’m A Celebrity debut this Sunday, 6 November, and she’ll be joined in the jungle by stars including Mike Tindall – the first ever Royal to take part in the show – Coronation Street’s Sue Cleaver and ‘80s icon Boy George.

Offering a frank assessment on her chances of being crowned Queen of the Jungle, Olivia said: “Of course, it would be incredible but I don’t think I am ever going to win I’m A Celebrity.

“I feel like I am marmite – you either love me or hate me.”

While many Love Islanders have gone on to appear on other reality shows, Olivia is the first contestant to land a spot on I’m A Celeb.

She said: “When I first got the call to take part, I didn’t really believe it! It felt surreal because taking part in the jungle is the absolute pinnacle.

“It’s the crème de la crème of all shows and obviously I didn’t have to think about it. I said yes immediately!”

Olivia, who is engaged to Bradley Dack, added that she’s hoping to “show a different side” of herself on the hit ITV programme.

She explained: “I think people think I am high maintenance and I will struggle without make-up and nails but I am not that bothered and I think that might surprise people. I am happy to muck in.”

I’m A Celebrity kicks off on ITV this Sunday. Its hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have spent past few days getting used to life Down Under, where they’ll both be living for the next few weeks with their families.

Ant has been joined by his wife, Anne-Marie, and her two daughters, while Dec travelled with his wife Ali Astall and their two young children, four year old Isla and baby Jack, who is just three months old.

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to ITV on Sunday 6 November at 9pm.
