Madonna's daughter Lourdes channels her mother as she rolls around in the sand for new campaign

MADONNA'S daughter Lourdes channelled her mother as she rolled around in the sand for a new campaign.

The 23-year-old mother writhed in the sand in the new campaign with Miaou released on Thursday, which seemed to be inspired by her mum's video for song Cherish in 1998.

Lourdes showed off her abs in a printed crop top paired with a miniskirt.

She customised with look with two huge earrings as she let her brunette locks flow naturally.

The post on Miaou's Instagram page was simply captioned: "🌟 LOLA 🌟"

The shoot is similar to Madonna's beach moves for 1989 hit Cherish, which saw the pop superstar dancing on the sand before letting the waves hit her.

The song – from her Like A Prayer album – reached number three in the UK charts, making it her 21st top-ten single in the country.

Madonna shares eldest daughter Lourdes with Cuban dancer Carlos Leon.

She also has Rocco Ritchie, 19, with ex-husband Guy Ritchie, and adopted children David Banda, 14, Mercy James, 14, and twins Stella and Estere, seven.

Madonna was spotted hobbling on crutches as she joined the Black Lives Matter protest in central London earlier in the week.

The pop icon, 60, moved through packed streets as she gave her support to the anti-racism movement.

She was filmed chanting "no justice, no peace" with fellow protesters during the demonstration.

The Like A Prayer legend is still recovering from hip and knee injuries suffered on her Madame X tour earlier this year.

She wore large black shades and a stylish coat for the march, and was instantly recognised by fans who took selfies and hugged her.
