Love Island girls were completely over the moon after they spotted a luxury item in the Casa Amor fridge they were lacking from the main villa.

During Friday’s (July 1) instalment of the popular ITV2 dating show, ITV bosses decided to implement a new format change to the show after they sent the girls on a wild night out to Casa Amor.

While the boys were left in the main villa to sulk, the six singletons put their villa relationships to the ultimate test after they moved into the secret second villa where they were promised a slew of drinks on offer.

While many of the girls made quick work exploring their new accommodation, Paige Thorne ran straight to the fridge where she discovered a well-earned bar of chocolate waiting for them.

Also spotted in the ginormous American-style fridge was a large bottle of prosecco to go with their tall drinks which they were handed as they entered the property.

After spotting the delicious sweet treat, the Welsh sweetheart screamed the good news as the others ran over to the kitchen in hysterics.

But fans couldn’t help but point out how the girls appeared to be more enthusiastic about the chocolate than they were about the six new boys ready to cause trouble in the villa.

Viewers soon flooded to Twitter to share their thoughts on the unusual incident online, as one fan penned: “The girls were more excited for chocolates than the boys! #LoveIsland.”

Another agreed: “The girls seem more interested in the chocolate in the fridge than then boys [three cry laughing] #LoveIsland.”

A third giggled: “Not the girls having more excitement for the chocolate they found than seeing the boys [cry laughing emoji] #loveisland.”
