LAUREN Goodger came under fire today for telling an NHS worker to "shut up" after she went to work in a makeshift face mask.
The 33-year-old Towie star ended up slinging harsh words at some of her Instagram followers after posting a picture of herself heading to her salon in Essex.

One user wrote: "You are not meant to be out. So so selfish. Did you seriously not think before posting this??
"I work for the NHS. People are dying. Please delete this and please stay indoors."
But Lauren replied: "I am working please shut up … until the government and NHS says all salons closed until then I will be working!"
She told another commenter who claimed she was "making a mockery of a very serious situation" to "bore off".
Many users reacted to her, with one writing: "The public have been advised not to wear masks. If you have symptoms then you should be self isolating?
"No excuse. Also, telling an Nhs to shut up at the moment is appalling."
Another wrote: "Stooping as low as to tell NHS workers to shut up is nothing short of a disgrace with what is going on in the world."
Fans yesterday warned Lauren that her homemade "Covid-19" mask would have little effect amid the coronavirus pandemic.
But one follower advised: "That is not protecting anything.”
The death toll from coronavirus in the UK yesterday jumped to 244, with 5,132 now infected according to official figures.
