Helen Skelton reveals she’s ALREADY struggling with Strictly routines one week in moaning show is making her SICK | The Sun

HELEN Skelton has revealed she’s ALREADY struggling with Strictly routines one week in moaning that the show is making her SICK.

The Countryfile star is one of the 15 celebs taking part in this year's series of the BBC competition.

Helen, 39, had her first day of rehearsals yesterday and took to Instagram to share how she's feeling.

Speaking out for the first time about competing on the show, she declared on her Instagram story: "I can't dance and I feel sick when I hear the theme tune."

However she did admit to looking forward to getting out of her wellies and into her dancing shoes after being announced as the final contestant.

Helen was immediately installed as the second favourite to win, at 6/1, behind Fleur East at 7/2, but warned Strictly Come Dancing fans not to expect too much.

She said: "I just wanted to wear nice dresses.

"I work on farms. I watch cows give birth and stand in wellies."

The star, mum to Ernie, seven, Louis, five, and Elsie, seven months, said: "I can't decide whether it's the best or worst thing I have ever agreed to.

"I agreed a few days ago… and they ask me, 'Can I dance', and I say, 'No… isn't the point to go on it to learn to dance'."

Helen recently dropped a huge hint about who her pro partner will be this year.

The TV presenter decided to follow Neil Jones over the weekend – the only dancer out of the cast – and he swiftly returned the favour.

Neil has previously danced with Alex Scott, who he came fifth with, and Nina Wadia, who ended up in 15th place.

Helen will be joined on the BBC show alongside a number of well-known famous faces.
