Harry saves Ste from the far right group in Hollyoaks?

Ste Hay (Kieron Richardson) has been groomed by far-right extremists’ Jonny Baxter (Ray Quinn) and Stuart Sumner (Chris Simmons) in Hollyoaks, and — with the young lad more committed than ever to his new friends — nobody has been able to get through to him. However, could old flame Harry Thompson (Parry Glasspool) help him see the light?

Ever since his arrival in the village last year, Jonny has used Ste’s vendetta against the Maalik clan to manipulate and groom him. As a result, Ste has become a shadow of his former self, and his actions have become increasingly racist — something which he’s unable to see for himself.

His blind loyalty to his new mates has proven to be extremely dangerous, as he arranged a protest several weeks back — one which descended into chaos and endangered plenty of lives. It was after this event that Jonny and Stuart realised they had Ste right where they wanted him, so they made his commitment to the cause official with a large tattoo on his left arm.

In spite of Ste’s worrying actions, Tony’s (Nick Pickard) still unable to turn his back on him, so he asks Harry to have a word with him.

He agrees to do so, and the pair later have a chat. But will it have any affect?

Will Harry be able to get through to Ste?

While Harry and Ste are no longer an item, there was once a time when they were very much in love — and thought they’d be spending the rest of their lives together.

Nobody’s been able to break Ste’s bond with Jonny thus far, so it’ll be interesting to see if Harry will have any luck doing so.

One to watch: Wednesday 3rd July at 7pm on E4.
