Emmerdale fans predict Liv will be killed by Paul as she ‘works out’ Vinny abuse

Emmerdale's Liv Flaherty (Isobel Steele) could be about to be killed off after realising something isn't right with Vinny and his dad Paul Ashdale.

Fans know that Paul brutally attacked his son Vinny after a showdown about his lies, and this isn't the first time Paul has secretly hurt him behind Mandy Dingle's back.

In scenes last night, Liv wasn't convinced after hearing Vinny's account of what caused his attack to the police.

Paul caught wind of Liv's suspicions and quickly went to Vinny in hospital, saying: "If I don’t have a future with Mandy I don’t know what I might do.

"But I can promise you one thing – it won’t be pleasant. I’ll have nothing left to live for, will I? You, Liv, Mandy – who knows what I’m capable of if I’m pushed into it?"

He added: "We are this close to our happily ever after and I won’t let you ruin that.

"You pretend it never happened – best all round I think, then we can avoid any more unfortunate incidents."

Liv then walked into the room, causing Paul to change tack and tell her that he was having a heart to heart with his son.

Paul then threatened Vinny, making him state he was jumped and watched him as he told Mandy the lies about the attack.

Liv was clearly suspicious about the explanation and later decided to call the police to get them to investigate it further.

Watching all of the drama unfold, viewers quickly rushed to social media to worry that Liv could be about to get killed off by Paul to ensure her silence.

One posted: "Cannot stand paul.. he’s vile. essentially threatening to hurt liv or mandy if he tells anyone. hope he does get found out."

Another added: "Liv that's 1 big target u just painted on."

A third chipped in: "Watch out Liv."

Has Liv just made a deadly mistake?

Fans have been hoping that Paul will finally caught out, and as the abuse storyline comes to an end as Mandy and Paul's wedding gets closer, it looks certain that not everyone is going to make it out alive.

Emmerdale continues on Monday at 7pm on ITV.
