EastEnders fans have predicted that Isaac Baptiste could be set for a dark spiral after he lied to his therapist about taking his medication.
After being told he has schizophrenia, Isaac has been refusing to take the prescribed medication as he is certain he's been misdiagnosed.
And on Tuesday night's episode, Isaac sat down with his therapist and girlfriend Lola Pearce, and said he was still taking his pills "like clockwork".
"I'm back on form now. Eating good. I've even picked up the running again," Isaac explained. "I'm feeling better than I've ever been."
Lola was clearly concerned after the exchange, as she ranted: "I thought you was gonna tell him you were off your meds!"
"You heard what he said. I'm all good," Isaac told her. "Trust me, yeah?"
Concerned fans took to Twitter to share their own theories about Isaac's spiral into mental illness, with one posting: "Can see Isaac is going to go on a downward spiral with him not taking his medication."
Another echoed: "Isaac could be heading down a downward spiral."
As someone else added: "Isaac, calm down and get back on the meds before you do something stupid!"
"Isaac is gonna flip any second," another theorised.
