Corrie's Beverley Callard is calling on bosses to bring back the McDonalds in 2020.
The soap legend, who plays Liz, is desperate to have her TV family reunited on the cobbles.
It’s been a decade since we last saw Liz, hubby Jim (Charlie Lawson) and their sons Steve (Simon Gregson) and Andy (Nicholas Cochrane) all together.
Beverley told the Daily Star Sunday: “I so wish the producers would get us all back together. I know the fans would love it. Charlie came back last year for a brief while, which was fantastic, and we are hoping it will happen again next year.”
The McDonalds first appeared in 1989 and went on to become one of Corrie’s best-loved families.

Beverley, 62, added: “The fans have always loved Liz and Jim.
“They like seeing them together, then not together, then together again. Life was never boring for Liz and Jim. I think the reason the McDonalds were so popular was because the writing was just so great.
“And we all got on so well together. It was just so easy.”

After 30 years, Beverley is one of the soap’s longest-serving stars and has no plans to retire.
She said: “I’m really fortunate because everybody loves Liz.
“As long as they keep writing great scripts for me, I’ll stay because I love it. I don’t think actors ever retire. You just keep going. It’s very intense with the long hours, but I love it. The busier the better.”
In recent years, Beverley has taken time off to star in stage productions of The Rocky Horror Show and The Thunder Girls.
She added: “Every now and again I have to go back on stage so I can see an audience reaction. I became an actor because of that more than anything.”
