Corrie's Emma Brooker left Corrie fans red in the face on Monday night after opening up about her sex life with to her dad Steve.
Smitten Emma was chatting to her protective dad Steve about her boyfriend Curtis when she ended up giving away too many racy details about the previous night, including that they slept together and were "up all night".
During the incredibly cringe-worthy scene, poor dad Steve begged his daughter to change the subject immediately but she accidentally gave too much away, leaving Steve more than embarrassed.
Speaking to her suspicious dad, Emma admitted Curtis had lied about not staying over at Emma's.
She told him: "When you phoned earlier, Curtis told a little fib. He did stay over last night."
A frowning Steve replied: "Right…" before Emma said: "And I don't mean on the couch…".
Steve then erupted in embarrassment, contorting his face and saying: "Oh!"
However, despite cringing herself, Emma didn't stop there and went on: "I mean we slept together.", to which Steve tried to stop her, saying: "Yeah, you don't need to spell it out".
Unsurprisingly, eagle-eyed Corrie viewers quickly took to Twitter to point out Emma's epic blunder and share in their embarrassment.
One puzzled user commented: "Emma talking to her dad about her love life is just wrong".
A second fan penned: "There are some things a father would rather not know".
A third saw the funny side of it and wrote: "Emma to her dad 'we slept together last night' I don't think he wanted to hear that"(laughing face).
A fourth agreed and penned: "You don't need to tell your dad that Emma".
A fifth added: "Steve's thinking 'too much info Emma'"(laughing face).
