Loose Women panellist Coleen Nolan has explained why bottling up your emotions is never a good thing, by admitting that she once let 20 years go by without letting her friend know that she wasn't in her best books.
On the April 19 edition of the show, the 58-year-old was joined by Christine Lampard, Jane Moore and Kelle Bryan to discuss a plethora of topics, including affairs and the latest goings on in Eastenders.
Lampard then discussed the health issues associated with rage, which included heightened inflammation, heart disease, rises in blood pressure and digestive problems.

Opening up on a feud with a family friend, she said: "Something happened between us, and I didn't want to lose the friendship. I thought it's fine; we can move on. Twenty years later, she got on my nerves because she got drunk and started spouting off about things, and it exploded out of me.
"I remember the shock on her face. She was like 'Where did this come from'? It was 20 years of holding it in."
As she's gotten older, she's adapted a new form of dealing with her issues — she goes upstairs and takes an hour to herself to calm down.
And while she still has the occasional row, she concedes: "The making up part is good."
A study also revealed that research has concluded that women are significantly angrier than they were 10 years ago and 6% angrier than men, which prompted enormous gasps from the crowd.
Unsurprised by the issue, Bryan explained that in today's society, women have plenty of issues on their plates, while Nolan pointed out that women have the juxtaposition of having to work full time, while still juggling the kids and the housework.
Opposing her point, Moore claimed: "Sometimes I say 'I'm doing this, this and this,' and your partner goes what can I do? I say, 'Oh don't worry, I'll do it'. So we like to have a moan."
Nolan fired back, jokingly: "We like to moan that they haven't done it right."
