This Morning presenter Alison Hammond was forced to playfully address Dermot O'Leary 's behaviour as she tried to interview a guest.
On Friday (January 27), Alison, 47, and Dermot, 49, sat on the sofa with child genius Teddy Hobbs and his mum Beth.
Beth revealed that both Teddy and his sister were miracle babies, having both been conceived through IVF.
Little Teddy could count to 100 before he turned two and now at just four years old, can do it in seven different languages including Mandarin.
Beth revealed Teddy learned to read at just 26 months old "by watching children's television and copying the sounds of letters".
The interview soon descended into chaos as the adorable youngster took somewhat of a shining to Dermot, continuously playing with the presenter while Alison attempted to chat to Beth.
Breaking out in fits of giggles, Alison turned to her co-host and said: "Dermot O'Leary I'm trying to have an interview here and you're just playing!"
Teddy was made a member of the high-IQ-score club Mensa member when he was three years old, making him the youngest current member of the organisation in the UK.
Recalling when she first realised Teddy had this incredible ability, Beth explained: "During lockdown, he started doing things that his friends hadn't been doing.
"We started going out for walks and he would count house numbers. He would be watching children's TV but he'd rather watch educational programmes, so Alphablocks and Numberblocks."
Beth admitted that despite Teddy being a genius, he is "very much still a four year old".
Teddy was an immediate hit with viewers who flocked to social media to share their thoughts.
"That was chaos but extremely cute and god he’s clever!!," penned one viewer.
Another added: "Think Dermot was enjoying himself as much as Teddy! Such a cute and clever kid."
While a third person echoed: "Omg love this little kid on #ThisMorning just brilliant.. so funny and adorable."
