The One Shows Alex Jones shares glimpse of family life in series of sweet snaps

Alex Jones took to Instagram on Sunday to share photos of her life with a newborn after she and husband Charlie Thomson welcomed their daughter Annie into the world two weeks ago.

The mother-of-three looked radiant as she posed for a selfie with her two-week-old daughter and shared a video of her four-year-old son Teddy pushing Annie in her buggy.

She captioned the boomerang: “My mini helper.”

In the first snap, the 44-year-old mum was glowing in a polka dot dress as she cradled her newborn.

"Looks like I have my own little chimpanzee," wrote Alex, who pointed to her daughter's full head of hair.

The glamorous presenter has been open about her experience breastfeeding since Annie's arrival, revealing in one snap that she felt she had been breastfeeding for 20 hours.

“I’ve fed Annie for approx. 20hrs today. She’s insatiable. #clusterfeeding,” she posted during her “perfect afternoon" in Chiswick on Sunday.

Alex later posted a selfie to her Story, writing: "Still going…"

The star shares Teddy, Kit and her newborn with her insurance broker husband Charlie.

The telly babe gave birth in August, announcing her big news on Instagram to her 320 thousand followers.

"We have some news………," she wrote. "Our beautiful daughter came safely into the world on Saturday afternoon 21.08.21.

"Tiny, but perfectly formed, we are all beyond happy and besotted by her, especially Ted and Kit. Watching them with their brand new little sister is just the best and we can't believe how lucky we are to have the 3 of them and to be a family of 5. It still doesn't feel real!!!"

On Tuesday Jones shared a new gorgeous selfie of herself holding her little girl whilst cuddled up in bed.

Unable to take her eyes off from her newborn baby daughter, Alex was every inch the doting mum. Jones took the opportunity to thanks all the emergency workers who were also up late: “The night shift. Emergency workers, supermarket staff, cabbies, factory workers, lorry drivers, D.J’s, fellow breastfeeders. Whatever your reasons for being awake through the night, I’m thinking of you.”

Just days before giving birth, Alex touched upon becoming a mother to three young children during a chat with HELLO! magazine.

"Oh, my goodness, I never opt for the easy option. But I quite enjoy the chaos and I think that's the only way to embrace it, because it is chaotic and about to get even more chaotic once our little girl arrives," she said.
