DOI star Faye Brookes strips to tiny towel as she takes a break from training

Dancing On Ice beauty Faye Brookes, got fans fired up as she slipped into a flimsy towel to enjoy some down time before she gets down to ice-skating business.

The 31-year-old opted for a relaxing facial at NassifMD Medical Spa UK – according to their landing page they are specialists in non surgical aesthetics.

Looking sizzling in the dim lighting, the Corrie star sported a matching headband, as the experts got to work on rejuvenating her skin.

The entire process appeared to be quite lengthy, firstly with a steam treatment, a facial scrub which was followed by some down time under LED lighting and finished with a massage.

After a day off, the soap star who is better known for her role on the cobbles as Kate Connor took to the ice with her skate partner and British national champion Hamish Gaman.

Showing the ice skating rink, Gareth Gate's ex hinted at how much she wanted to win the show as she played the song Cold Little Heart.

The lyrics that sounded over the short ten second clip, chimed: "Did you ever want it? Did you want it bad?"

Another black and white image also teased fans of the hit ITV show as she showed herself on ice with her pro-partner.

The Manchester lass wasn't giving much away, in terms of how far she'd come in her training but it did appear that Hamish was very much taking charge as the pair charged across the rink together.

Continuing to document her day, she toyed with fans as she penned: "Here comes the answer to yesterday's question about 'how many times did Faye fall over yesterday?'"

Alerting her following that Hamish plans to share regular snippets, she re-shared his post which read: "Also if you don't follow my Twitter you really should!

"I'm sharing daily training updates about mine and @Fayebrookes progress on the ice together. #dancingonice."

Faye, who had previously been engaged to marry Pop Idol sensation Gareth Gates, is certainly showing her ex exactly what he's missing out on as she steps into his shoes.

Gareth took centre stage on the ice back in 2008, alongside partner Maria Filippov but finished in ninth place in the competition.

The TV starlet has already expressed how much she wants to embrace this opportunity but can she beat her ex on the podium?
