Chloe Madeley has made her rugby star husband James Haskell wear his blue scrum cap when they had sex.
The fitness enthusiast and TV presenter said the ex-England international had donned his trademark headgear "a few times" in the bedroom.
Chloe, 33, said when she first went on a date with man mountain Haskell, he did not tell her he was a high profile player.
She only realised he played for the national team when she saw her parents – presenters Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan – watching him on TV the morning after their first night out in 2014.
Chloe said she decided at that moment she would "have to have sex" with the 35-year-old England flanker adding that she had made him wear his blue scrum cap in the bedroom.
Speaking to him on his What A Flanker podcast she said: "I didn't watch rugby and we talked about the fact that you played rugby very, very briefly.
"Then you literally said to me, `I'm just going to tell you right now, I don't want to talk about the fact that I play rugby'.
"I said, `Why don't you want to talk about what you do for a living?'
"And you were like, `I have to talk about it all day long. I need to have somebody in my life that I don't talk to about rugby'.
"I was like, `Wow, fair enough,' and we didn't talk about it.
"The next morning I woke up and I went down into the living room. I was staying with my parents and it was a Saturday.
"And you were on TV, in your… I think it was a blue scrum cap at the time, and I was like `I went on a date with that guy last night'.
"My dad was like, `Didn't he tell you that he's an England rugby player?'
"I was like, `No, he just told me that he plays rugby'.
"I was like, `Well now I'm going to have to have sex with him.'''
Haskell then cut in, saying: "Good job you didn't make me wear that blue scrum cap.
"That's a bit of a niche thing we haven't done yet.''
But his wife of two years replied: "We did do that a few times…''
A bemused Haskell said: "Did we? Oh my god!''
Haskell made 77 international appearances over 12 years for England, and made 271 club appearances for 6 rugby union clubs, including a combined 195 appearances for London Wasps over two spells.
