A mum whose little ones struggle to fall asleep at night has recommended her ultimate tip for other parents.
Posting on Facebook, the woman claims she used a £1.30 Asda spray which helps her kids drift off in just 10 minutes.
For parents of terrible sleepers it could be a life saver.
Posting in a popular bargains group, the woman said: “Little Angels Massage Mist, I bathed my kids and put this on them both."

She continued: "My son is four years old and my daughter is five months old and it worked a charm, got them in pyjamas and they were both asleep within 10 minutes.
"It's usually hard to get my son to go to sleep on time, [he] always plays up.
"Only £1.27 from Asda."
The price has recently been bumped up 3p to £1.30.
Little Angels mist is sold in Asda’s baby range and is described as “perfect to relax your baby before bedtime".
It contains lavender and chamomile fragrance – both of which have been regarded as sleep aids for decades.
And, it promises to moisturise children’s skin so they’re comfortable and hydrated after bathing.
The mist is hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested and paediatrician approved.

Mums commenting on the post agreed with the spray’s magical properties.
The post racked up 1.7k comments and 1.5k likes.
Many parents tagged friends and family who could benefit from the sleepy time mist.
One woman wrote: “I'm gonna buy it by the lorry load.”
“Need to try this,” added another.
A third wrote: "I use this on my little boy too!
"I've always used a lavender spray with both my boys works a charm.”
Make sure that you keep the massage mist away from your infant’s nose and mouth and try not to touch their eyes.
If you notice your child’s skin becoming irritated stop using the product immediately.
