The influencer, who is known for being a “real life Barbie”, is determined to maintain her youthful looks.
So to turn back the clock, she plans to get more work done this year.
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Nannette revealed her plans for 2020.

The Barbie fan plans to get ops on her boobs, bum and legs.
She also wants to get a designer vagina – likely because she’s had five kids over the years.
Nannette revealed: “Each year I try to maintain as much youthfulness as possible.
“So, I will be having a vaginal surgery, surgery on my lower body (legs, butt, etc) and possible breast nip/tuck work.”
While the influencer has felt nervous about going under the knife in the past, she says the results are worth any worries she has.
Nannette’s previous plastic surgery experiences are likely to prepare her for her upcoming operations.
She’s been getting cosmetic work done for decades.

Since then she’s had boob jobs, lip fillers, vagina rejuvenation, Botox and veneers.
Nannette also maintains her plastic-fantastic look with semi-permanent make-up, hair dye, nail extensions and daily at-home tanning sessions.
