Kate Middleton used her clever recycling wardrobe trick to ensure she didn’t upstage Meghan Markle on her wedding day

Kate Middleton never looks less than perfect in any outfit she sports. From bold colours to on-trend styles, The Duchess of Cambridge really does know how to look the part.

The brunette beauty has been in the spotlight for many years now and has certainly learnt how to look picture perfect at all times with not even a single strand of hair out of place.

But, how does the Duchess stop herself from upstaging the bride on her big day? Well, Kate, 39 has a wardrobe trick for this and it’s certainly something we could all get on board with – bravo Kate.

Remember Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s wedding? All eyes were on Meghan in her beautiful Givenchy dress.

Remember what Kate Middleton wore? Nope?

Well, that’s because she pulled out her clever wardrobe hack and wore something she had worn before.

The mother-of-three stunned in a beautiful Alexander McQueen coat dress she also wore to Princess Charlotte's christening.

This made sure that all attention was on Meghan and Prince Harry rather than herself and it makes us love Kate Middleton all the more.

Kate also attended a close friend’s wedding, Sophie Carter and her now husband Robert Snuggs, where she stunned in a cornflower blue Catherine Walker & Co coat dress for the special day which turns out to be a recycled outfit.

The Royal previously wore the outfit when she arrived in Berlin with Prince William alongside Prince George and Princess Charlotte during their July 2017 tour of Poland and Germany.

The family all coordinated their outfit perfectly with Charlotte sporting a linen dress in ivory with royal blue embroidery and George teaming his cropped blue trousers with an off-white linen shirt and Prince William donning his staple navy suit.

Kate Middleton really is the ultimate style icon, we can’t wait to see what she wears next!
