Tommy Fury is big into fitness, which is perhaps no surprise given his career as a professional boxer.
The former Love Island star often takes to his Instagram stories to share videos of his clean eating and long runs, as he has to keep fighting fit, quite literally, before taking on his next opponent.
The 21 year old star has recently become the ambassador for Holland & Barrett’s new PE Nutrition range, and he shared his workout routine with them, which sounds strict.

Tommy, who is in a relationship with co-star Molly-Mae Hague, is preparing fro another gruelling year of shaping up for big fights, but he plans to be “100 per cent dedicated” throughout.
Discussing how he keeps his dedication up, Tommy told Holland & Barrett: “To be 100% dedicated and sacrifice everything, you have to do what you love, and boxing is in my blood, I love it.”
Tommy’s training schedule typically consists of a 10 week training camp where the Love Island alum will train for six days a week, three times a day.

He explains: “I’ll do my running in the morning, some sort of strength training in the afternoon, then I’ll do my boxing work, my pad work, my sparring at night time. That’s Monday through to Friday.
“Then I’ll finish the week off with a nice 8-10 mile run, then I’ll have Sundays off, and I’ll just kind of repeat the cycle.”
Tommy’s famous brother Tyson Fury is a two-time heavyweight world champion, but Tommy feels no pressure to live up to his name.

The 21 year old explained: “ I’ve always said it, from being a kid, starting out in boxing, I’m only going to do the best that I can do. I’m not going to be Tyson, or anybody.
“They’re their own men and I’m my own man. I’m going to do the best that Tommy Fury can do and wherever that gets me to I’ll be happy with.”
Tyson is very supportive of Tommy and the star says his brother is always “there to lend a hand.”
“He’s always very helpful, he's the best fighter in the world. And for me who's trying to be in that position, what better role model for me. He's living my dream, he's truly the best.”
Along the way, Tommy has understandably had to make sacrifices to get to where he wants to be and discussing this he said: “The biggest sacrifice I’ve had to make to get to where I am today is the stuff behind closed doors, the stuff people don’t see.
“The life of a young kid, from eight up until 21 is having no teenage life, is not going out to clubs, just dedicating my whole life to boxing.”

Tommy, who recently shared a throwback of his bulging muscles, also has to sacrifice certain foods while training and he expanded on this with Holland & Barret, saying: “I’ll have a tailored diet to get down to whatever weight I need to get down to.
“For your strength sessions, as soon as you’ve finished them, it’s good to get your protein shakes back into you. It’s good to get all the salts and electrolytes back into your body as soon as you’ve finished training, because obviously you’ve sweated all of them out!
“I have a PE Nutrition shake from Holland & Barrett, that gets all the goodness I need back into my body. I love the vanilla protein, it replenishes me after every single session, after I'm fatigued from doing weights, and running. Also when I'm cutting weight, it's the best thing to have because I don't want to be having a meal late at night.”

And because Tommy has got himself into such impeccable shape, the star doesn’t get nervous about going into the ring.
Tommy said: “I love fighting, it’s in my blood. I believe if you’re like that about something you shouldn’t get nervous or worried for it.”
