It appears food fans were divided as The Range shared a photo of a brand new product on it's Instagram page.
The retailer told it's customers that it would now be stocking a Swizzels Drumstick Chocolate bar.
Drumstick lollies, which have been around for 60 years, are known for their distinct chewy texture and dual flavours.
And it seems like some fans of the sweet treat couldn't get their heads around a chocolate bar based on the lolly.
One of the Range's Instagram followers wrote: "Bit early for April Fools Day."
As another added: "Not sure how I feel about this."
A third chimed in: "Wrong this," as a fourth littered the post with sick emojis.
There did seem to be some fans though, as one said they thought the chocolate bar was "dreamy".
Another said: "I'd give this a go," as a third chimed in: "This looks good."
Announcing the product, The Range wrote: "We all deserve a treat… And what a sweet treat this is!
"Drumsticks Chocolate is on it's way to stores now – Look out for these."
The bar is made of milk chocolate and comes complete with a raspberry and milk centre.
The Range recently hit headlines after shoppers believed they spotted a 'hidden message' in the shop's logo.
The store's well-known blue logo also features an 'R' in an orange circle – leaving The Range shoppers wondering if it's actually pronounced The Orange.
One fan of the store wrote online: "So I blew my own mind today. I realised that the range has an R in an orange circle as their logo, but I can’t unsee it as saying anything other than orange now??"
"Has it been called the orange all along and we’ve not noticed? Honestly I am baffled. Someone please explain this to me and restore my faith in humanity."
