Adam Levine Purchases $22.7 Million Home In Celebrity Town, Montecito

Adam Levine and his supermodel wife, Behati Prinsloo, have just purchased a massive mansion in Montecito, California. They’re joining a community that is comprised of some of Hollywood’s most elite celebrities, and are certainly going to be amid some very high-end neighbors. The lead singer of Maroon 5 has always lived in the lap of luxury, but this incredible mansion is definitely one to brag about.

The enormous property is a 100-year old historic estate that sits on 5 acres of perfectly landscaped, gorgeous land. There are a number of buildings on their property, inclusive of the main home, all of which include stunning views and endless features. Taste of Country reports that this highly desirable estate came with an expectedly substantial price tag. Levine paid $22.7 million to live in privacy, among a slew of other celebrities that have flocked to this region to buy their mansions, as well.

The unique home that Adam Levine just purchased is unlike any other. It’s more of a compound than a singular residence, and he has plenty of room for living luxuriously, as well as entertaining his celebrity friends. The main home features 9 enormous bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms. There are also three half-bathrooms within the house as well. The property is inclusive of a huge 2-bedroom guest house, as well as a cottage, and there is even an apartment that sits atop of the 5-car garage.

There are 4 different structures on this property – all at Levine’s disposal.

Levine and Prinsloo will be in very good company when they move in to their new multi-million dollar mansion. Their neighbors include Oprah Winfrey, Rob Lowe, an Ellen DeGeneres, but each of their properties is privately tucked away, ensuring the utmost privacy for the high-profile home owners.

This estate was originally built in 1923 by the highly esteemed architect, George Washington Smith. Dirt reports that the; “Lockwood de Forest designed the extensive gardens for the picturesque estate, and the official listing touts El Miraval as an opportunity to own one of the rare collaborative projects by the coveted team, considered to be some of Montecito’s most revered estates.”

It looks like a grand Spanish-influenced property, and includes incredible amenities inside it’s gorgeous walls. There’s a huge home theater, an expansive wine cellar, and a tennis pavilion. The pool and putting green are additional perks offered on this piece of land.

The interior of the home is comprised of stunning, exposed wooden beams and huge, arched windows. Each room boasts very high ceilings and many of the common rooms lead to their own terraces and outdoor spaces.

It’s not clear when Adam Levine and his wife plan on moving in to their new home.
