New York City cuisine is heading to Las Vegas.
ATM Group’s Enrique Olvera, Daniela Soto-Innes and Santiago Perez, who are behind NYC restaurants Cosme and Alta, are opening up new eatery Elio at Wynn Las Vegas.
The new spot, which will serve contemporary Mexican food, will have a social dining concept.
“We are very pleased to team up with Wynn to bring our iconic hospitality to Las Vegas, a vibrant and exciting city that knows how to have fun,” Olvera said in a statement. “Inspired by the ’40s and ’50s, a golden age for the Mexican cinema, we seek to offer guests exceptional service as well as genuine and personal cuisine that is focused on authentic Mexican flavors.”
He added, “Expect a festive atmosphere where design and interior details lead you to feel the elegance and simplicity of the Nevada landscape.”
The menu will focus heavily on small plates and appetizers with an emphasis on seafood and produce as well as shareable entrees.
