As you can imagine, Molly-Mae Hague hardly gets a day to herself these days as she's non-stop with work after being appointed as PrettyLittleThing's Creative Director.
And she has revealed this has meant she hasn't been able to prioritise her healthy eating and overall lifestyle as much as she has wanted to.
The blonde beauty, 22, has admitted she was in a "terrible place" with her body, but has now turned it around as she opened up about her lifestyle in a new YouTube video.
"About 18 months ago I was in a really, really terrible place with my body, and the way I was living, the food I was eating, my diet was utterly shocking," she recalled.
"I had really fallen off. Maybe because I was so busy and trying to prioritise my life, my healthy lifestyle making me feel better."
Molly added that her career took over, as she said: "It just wasn't at the top of the list. It was work, work, work. It still is now but since I have changed so much and made an effort to be healthier and exercise more, I've noticed such a significant change in my moods, the way I am each day, how early I get up in the morning, and my sleeping pattern."
The influencer then said she and her boyfriend Tommy Fury fell into bad habits a year ago and their sleeping times were out of control.
Molly continued: "I used to get up at 1 in the afternoon and Tommy and I would go to sleep at 4 in the morning, well over a year ago now.
"Our sleeping patterns were horrendous. We used to order Deliveroo at 3 in the morning."
The 22 year old then gave an insight into her family being "obsessed with fitness", meaning it was hard for her to fall off the healthy wagon.
"About 3 or 4 years now I used to work in a gym, I used to want to be a personal trainer," Molly shared.

"Health and fitness has always been such a huge part of my life and my family are obsessed with fitness."
She explained: "I come from a really fitness orientated family, marathon runners, ultra-marathon runners, my sister is in the army, and both my parents are police officers.
"So, we are all a really, active fit family."
She added: "Just to put it into perspective, I did gain around two stone, and I'm only 5ft5."
Molly told fans she wanted to give them a video showing what she normally eats in the day and the exercises she does in the gym.
"I'm most definitely not a pro on all of this stuff, I have no idea what I'm talking about," she adds.
