Lacey Turner has opened up about her pregnancy with daughter Dusty, admitting she wasn't excited for the first few months as she was worried she'd have a third miscarriage.
The 31 year old, who is known for her portrayal of Stacey Slater on the soap opera EastEnders, appeared on Loose Women on Thursday 27 February to tell the panellists about her experience.
Dressed in a multi-coloured top, Lacey said: "It took us ages to get pregnant, I put so much pressure on myself to try and fall pregnant but actually it wasn't happening."

She explained that it even got to the point where she told her husband Matt Kay: "Just forget it, we'll get a puppy. It's not the same, but…"
Lacey, who recently enjoyed a day out with Charley Webb, continued: "And as soon as we'd said that, we fell pregnant. And I remember I was in the bath and Matt said 'oh it says pregnant' and I was like 'well don't get excited'.
"And I felt horrible that I sort of wouldn't let him get excited about it and I ignored it until I was like 14 weeks. I honestly ignored it, I carried on eating loads of yogurts, like chocolate yogurts, and all the things you shouldn't eat."
It wasn't until her jeans became too tight that she began acknowledging the fact that she was carrying a child.
She said: "Literally, my jeans were as far as you can get that hairband across. And I was at work and I thought 'I need bigger jeans and I can't bring my own in, that's weird so I'm gonna have to tell them.'"
While she may have ignored the pregnancy until 14 weeks in, she didn't get excited about it until much later, as she continued: "I did not get excited until I was about 20, 25 weeks. I was like 'okay, maybe she's gonna stay.'" [sic]
Lacey, who previously tragically lost two of her babies at just seven weeks pregnant, spoke to the Sun Online about her turmoil, saying: "I found pregnancy quite difficult as I couldn’t allow myself to be excited because of previous experiences, so it seemed very long."
She continued: "I was fascinated with my body and the changes it made and how incredible it is, but I also found the adjustments very hard at times especially towards the end."
The mum-of-one added: “Being a mother is by far the hardest job I have ever done in my life. But it's also the best thing in the world.

After giving birth, Lacey spoke to OK! Magazine to explain the reasoning behind her daughter’s name.
She said: "It wasn't on our original list but we did an internet search for 'pretty girls' names and we both said it at the same time!
"Her middle name is Violet, which I also love."
