TV presenter Laura Hamilton gave her Instagram followers a tour of a luxury property in Spain this morning, while filming scenes for Channel 4 show A Place In The Sun. The 39-year-old was astounded to discover an original artwork in the villa, which was in fact valued at twice the amount of the property itself.
“Wow!!! #luxuryproperty #picasso,” Laura captioned a video which she uploaded to the picture-sharing site.
In the footage, she could be seen showing viewers around the stunning modern home, which boasted a private swimming pool, steam room, and gym.
During the behind-the-scenes tour, the presenter spun the camera around to show an original Picasso on the wall.
She explained that the artwork ‘Dove with Sun’, which was created in 1962, was worth over £6 million.
Slightly shocked at the valuation, she dubbed it “crazy”.
“Good morning. We have just finished filming our luxury property and I just want to show this behind me,” she said as she showed the famous artwork.
“That is an original Picasso.
“I don’t think I’ve ever filmed in a property with an original Picasso,” she pointed out.
“And that painting is worth twice the amount of my luxury property. And my luxury property is on the market for £3.2 million.
“Is that crazy or is that crazy?” Laura added.
True to the form, the mum-of-two looked as stunning as ever as she toured the house.
Wearing her blonde tresses in a chic bob, she sported an off-the-shoulder white top.

Another image showed her in striped trousers sitting on the steps of another property.
Laura is currently in Spain’s Costa de Sol, making the most of the warm weather, with her children when not working.
She shares son Rocco, seven, and daughter Tahlia, six, with husband Alex Goward.
Luckily, for the Channel 4 star, her co-star Jasmine Harman is working nearby.
Last week, the pair were able to meet up with all of their children in tow on their day off.
Sharing a picture of the duo online, Laura described mum-of-two Jasmine as “one of the kindest and most beautiful people you will ever meet”.
She informed pals that even their children had formed a friendship following their shared experiences.
Jasmine shared the post on her own social media account and told fans that the feeling was mutual.
